el pasi

this is the first day these cousins reunited and they had so much fun together but for some reason chloe insited on calling stone jojo. at first stone was patient with chloe but it didn't take long till he had had it and said " chloe my names not jojo it's stone clifford jessup". i even asked her where stone was and she pointed right to stone and then i asked her so what's his name and she said jojo. apparently chloe has decided that every boy that's around her age is jojo and im still trying to figure out why that is.

this same day i was calling chloe by her nick name (coco) and stone who is 6 months older than chloe and speaking clearly with his darling low raspy voice came up to me and said " chloe momma (that's what he calls me) her name is not coco, it's chloe" my poor nephew was genuinely concerned that chloe and i couldn't get simple names right. i should of told him it is her aliases, since he speaks super hero lingo:)

they got a kick out of putting rocks in their mouth.....lack of iron!?

we enjoyed many walks out in the desert

she was so tired by the end of our first day in daddy's hometown el paso

the next day, back out in the dessert

our little chloe loves the outdoors and tutu's

helping load wood for the fire later that evening

i was going to give it another shot but being 11 weeks pregnant i had to pass again but i was glad to see them enjoying it:)

that night back out to the dessert for a fire and roasting hot doggies with great company

chloe and stone really enjoyed watching the train go by and exploring the dessert together

at one point stone and chloe where climbing up a little hill and stone was at the top of it. he turned to reach for chloes hand and said "chloe grab my hand i have super hero powers" he is so adorable, this boy loves and knows his super hero's and lives in a super hero world. it's cute because chloe knows her tinker bell and lives in a tinker bell world , these two crack me up!!!

i was getting ready and tanner and chloe had a little fun with some hats that tanner's dad has

we went to ol mesilla it was a pretty drive with all the pecan trees. look at her pose with her daddy

we had fun walking around the artsy town

again......chloe cracks me up she act's like it's torcher to get her picture taken

a nice walk along the river, chloe enjoyed throwing sticks into the water and watching them go

then we went to the white sands it was so fun and pretty.

this is my favorite picture.....she loves to run and this was certianly the place to do so, with plenty of open space

she'd run run run and then just plop down and play in the sand

tanner was doing some flips so she started to bust out her own little tricks

seriously she would run so far away from us, it was like she wasn't phased being that far from us. she's so INDEPENDENT!!

she especially loved it when tanner would try to catch up with her.....i think she likes thinking she's faster than us.

tanner wrote her name in the sand, he adores this little girl.

sand angels....i think she was a bit confused, she sometimes called it snow

and then licked it, to find out the texture was way different

and that it hurt when it got in her eyes

while with tanner's family we got to celebrate tanner's 30th early, along with his sister kendal's birthday!!!

we were so lucky to be apart of sweet emerson rose' baby blessing and have all of the family together, what a blessing i love all of you so much!!

beautiful rachel and her gavin. my nephew is the biggest cuddle bug, im crossing my fingers that i may someday have one of my own. love you gavin and i feel so lucky that i got to see you and your big happy smile!!

on our long drive back home we stopped to take a little hike to this beautiful arch

not the greatest pic. you can see im a little more pale than usual from mornin sickness and the nauseous drive back home but i love it when we have pictures with all of us which doesn't happen as often as id like.

she's fearless and had me worried at the top, she just wouldn't stop running

i love southern utah dessert it has so much sculpture beauty

over all chloe was such a good sport on this vacation, even without a nap for over a week (look at those poor dark circles or as jacki lynn would say " she's so tired she looks sick" haha) but she kept truckin along and wouldn't miss out on an ounce of fun and that's our girl go, go, go!

this was a fun way to celebrate tanner's 30th and see all of our loved ones before he goes off to officer training and leaves chloe and i behind for 2 1/2 months. i love you babe and am so proud of you, your a wonderful husband and the world's best daddy!! as for your girls you can miss us but don't worry about us, we will miss you so so so so so much but we support you and will stay upbeat and busy XOXOXOXXXX!!!
