chloe's 3rd birthday 12.11.2010

your 3rd Birthday started with me getting you out of bed (Daddy had to work at 5am and so badly wanted to be there!!) first thing you said was..."wahoo!!! it's my day, it's my burt day!.... HopeySydney coming?!!!" Tru and i sang happy birthday, then we made our way out of your room. you appreciated the ribbons that i hung from your door saying "awwwe thanks mom! cute!" we walked down the hallway and you hadn't seen the balloons yet....."momma where the balloons go?!!!" as you walked around the corner and saw that your momma didn't forget balloons on your special day "oh momma.....BALLOONS!!! THANKS MOMMY!!"

Nana and Papa sent you some birthday love in a box....nana style. daddy and i gave you a play dough princess set and paints. we could of given you your old toys wrapped up and you would of still given me tight squeezes and kisses with exciting thank yous. your such an appreciative little girl, im so glad that the love behind gifts is what you notice, know, understand and is what matters to you. that's a neat quality you have early on in your life my sweet Chloe Estelle.

soooo like you to notice every detail " thanks momma you put a balloon on my chairrr" ( the triple rrr's is to show how much you excentuate your rrrr's, it's one of my favorite things and i don't want to forget it:)

you love love love books!!!! it's so fun to read to you....we can read all the way through 6 books and you still ask for more, i love it because i get to hold you in my lap, your usually busy busy. i remember the first time i knew it meant so much to you to read books was when you were about 8 months old. i was reading to you and you looked up at me with your sweet squinty eyed smile with the biggest thank you in your eyes my heart instantly warmed up. it was your spirit telling mine this means so much to you, it's like it's one of your love languages. i know that may sound silly to you but you'll know what im talking about when you experience it someday when your a mommy:)

daddy was missed but it was a wonderful birthday morning!!!
