to go see santa

we aren't familiar with this new area so it took us awhile to track down a Santa at a mall. which was a two hour drive. Chloe couldn't wait to see santa we did her hair and got them all dressed up. once we got there she saw Santa in the chair with a little girl on his lap then turned to me and said that's not Santa where's polar "esspress" santa?!(she loves polor express) i went on to tell "sure it is that's santa chloe!!!" she quickly said, no that ones not santa, no sit on his lap, that ones not him. it was so funny, she was looking at the kids in line like they were waiting in line for the wrong guy. we didn't push it, so i asked her if she wanted to get some dinner and she said "Yeah Santa not here"
she was so happy just to be in her tutu and out with the family and shopping ( she loves shopping and it's not like we go that often, she's so fun to go with though, she oooow's and awwwes and she has really good taste; ).......

she even got her picture taken by this cute Asian lady. Chloe ran to us "mommy, daddy that laaadyyy took my picture!!!!" she was tickled.

it wasn't the night we planned but it turned out better than plan A. And when we went out to the car she pointed up to the stars " i see him!" so she still believes:)
