it was another good day, lucky us to be together!

these were taken after tanner left back to officer training. she talked about you honey and the gifts you gave her the whole rest of the day. she had to have all the bracelets on and she put some on the sharks fin.

some little things she said and did that day...
"i want to go to work too i want to go to daddy work mommy, i do!"
"daddy wants to go on the plane mommy?!"
she had her sharky in one arm and her daddy's flag badge in one hand and kept talking about how daddy gave them to her.
we had so much fun and it was much needed, thank you honey and we'll see you soon love you so so so much!!!

Green Marie drink

sharing this all starts off with my mother in law sharing a green drink on her blog and it got me thinking "hey i have a delicious one that my darling friend Marie that i use to teach yoga to shared with me" we've been hooked ever since!!

we (meaning coco and i call it the green marie drink
in a bullet or blender add:
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup pineapple and coconut juice ( it has to be r.w. knudsen brand)
1/2 water
lots of ice
half a banana and enjoy!!

change this as much as you'd like, i just try to keep the sugar down so that's why i add 1/2 of the juice (which doesn't make any since because i have no problem eating peanut m&m's later that afternoon) but it is more yummy if you do one cup juice!!

coco loves it so you can sell it to your kids and it's packed full of vitamins and nutrients

you'll feel energized!!! it's sweet and refreshing and if your anything like chloers and i, you'll want seconds!!
