we took the duckies to a nice new home

then chloe and her friends avi and beckham had so much fun visiting the animals and they even got to ride the pony's ( sorry, i didn't get a picture i was holding her hand)

you can see the ducklins, this is where they will stay till they get big enough to join the bigger ducks in the big pond

it had a fun play room. chloe's balancing the pony instead of riding it, i love her imagination!!!

the girls did a great job at milking the cow. then we went to the cafe and had a yummy lunch!! it was a fun outing!!

chloe's Easter day

yes, here it snowed easter morning but i didn't mind, i thought it was beautiful plus it was warm and it cleared up in the morning

nana and papa bought some baby ducklings for Easter. this is right before chloe lightly encouraged the ducklin to take flight by tossing it forward. she was so sad when she noticed the duck fell to the grass and she hurt it.

the beginning of our adventure!!

we're 3 months along and when i see him next i will be at the beginning of my 6th month. he will be gone for a total of 10 weeks:(

i am proud of my husband who wants to serve our country. these next 3 years are going to be an adventure and we are looking forward to the growth and the experiences. our family is young and it will go by fast so we want to get the most out of it!!

that night we went to paradise bakery and these two would not stop teasing each other

for some reason, it's hard for me to look at these two playing together.........i know, i know 10 weeks will go by fast and im really trying to keep busy but it's still hard. i miss him so much and notice how much i wish could say to him but i can't, i just have to wait till he calls and i have no idea when that day or time is (considering how the military works during officer training) these days the little things that i miss are standing out big time....... being told your loved by your best friend everyday, reading stories together as a family, bouncing off ideas or feelings and knowing i won't be judged but instead i know im in a safe place, laughing at the same silly dumb stuff, enjoying chloe together, seeing him play with her, how he puts both hands on his little girls face and gives her a sweet sweet kiss, having him next to me when i sleep. it's crazy how when i have spontanous thoughts or feelings and i want to share it with him. i can't, i have to wait for him to call me whenever he can call me and then i just have to savor the 5 minutes i get to talk to him, then wait for the next call whenever that will be. it's just the cup that only my husband can fill, i notice it now more than ever especially being away from him has made those little things stand out bold across my mind and heart. i love and miss him a whole bunch. there i shared it, it's hard, i miss him a lot but i'll keep being strong and looking to the bright side, i know some may think that 10 weeks wouldn't be hard, i was one of those people but now it real for me and it's real for us. i'll do the little things like write him letters ( i have 5 but they still haven't given us the address but that will come soon:) im so grateful for him and i am the lucky one.
